Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Timeframe
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sealed in the original packaging.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original sealed packaging
- Have the receipt or proof of purchase
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to show in your account.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mettacards.co.uk
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@mettacards.co.uk with details of the product and the damage. Please include photos of the damaged items as this will help us to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
We will replace the item free of charge or provide a full refund including shipping costs, depending on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Items marked as 'non-returnable' at the time of purchase
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for:
- Carefully checking your order upon delivery
- Keeping all original sealed packaging and tags for items you wish to return
- Initiating the return process within the specified timeframe
- Ensuring returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit
- Obtaining proof of postage when returning items
