All products are wrapped in protective bubble wrap. The parcel will include packaging filler for cushioning (shock absorption) and immobilisation (blocking and bracing) to prevent movement.

'Fragile' tape is used on all packaging in order to protect delicate, valuable, or breakable items during transit by providing a clear, bold, and highly visible warning to handlers.

We occasionally open pre-orders for upcoming releases. These items will be clearly marked with expected release dates and shipping timeframes. Payment is taken at checkout, and orders ship as soon as stock arrives.

However, any order that includes a pre-order item will be held until all items can be dispatched together. Please bear this in mind when placing orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may still return
it once received but return postage costs will be at the buyer’s responsibility.

Yes, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of receipt. Please notify us first, then return the item in its original condition and sealed packaging.

Example: A booster box must be returned with the manufacturer seal intact. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened.

Customers are responsible for return postage and ensuring that the item arrives back safely in its original condition.
